Shipping & Returns

Orders over $50 dollars have free USPS first class shipping to the US. Every order you place is lovingly packaged, prepared and personalized by our team members at the ML Operations Center. The production time for each order is around 2 - 4 days. Please see below for approximate delivery times.

Rates vary according to receiving area. 1-2 business days.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking URL via email. If you need your jewelry for the same day, you can do local pickup at our ML Operation Center in Austin TX between 9am to 4pm, please contact us before placing your order to arrange times and check service availability. 

Cancellations are only available within the first 12 hours of placing an order.

 

Lost Packages

  • Once that your order leaves our Operation Center, the Postal Service is the one and only responsible for your package. The buyer has to contact USPS to locate the lost package or marked as delivered. ML Joyas is not responsible for packages lost in the mail or marked as delivered.
  • We strongly recommend you to double check your mailing address on your order to ensure you are shipping to the correct address.

 

Exchanges

We truly believe that you will love our products before you try them and once you get them in your hands. But we are happy to exchange them, for store credit or another item with the same value or lesser, by following the steps below:

  • Exchanges are possible within 14 days of purchase if products are in their original condition (unworn, un washed, unsoiled, with all the tags attached).
  • Please contact us by email at mlusatex@gmail.com quoting your order number and your name and the reason for exchange. We will respond to you as soon as possible within our working hours from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 4 pm.
  • Sending items back to our Operation Center is at your cost.
  • We will check that all is in order, and then we will process the exchange and shipping ASAP.
  • We don't accept exchanges on personalized items. These items are marked as "Personalized Item".
